Tip Ten: Like A Phoenix Rising From The Ashes

When you try to create a band things won't always work out the way you hoped they would. A song may not be popular, you may lose some members, heck the entire band may come crumbling down around you. There will always be setbacks, but you have to remember what your original motivation was for making music in the first place and try to re-light the fire. Two good examples are that of rockers "SubmerseD" who disbanded in 2008, and "Dark New Day" who disbanded in 2009. Both bands were spectacular on their own but unfortunately did not last. They did not, however, just stop. Later in 2009 the two bands combined along with Dixie Duncan and created "Eye Empire". The band is now working on their first official release, and has already toured with the likes of Chevelle and Sevendust. Never stop doing what you love just because it doesn't work out on the first try. There is always another way.
